With the TTCut fine cutter, nuts, dried fruits and spices are efficiently powdered or emulsified in batch process to create confections such as toppings, pastes, spreads, crèmes and butters. Additional applications include food ingredients made from almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios, peanuts, and cacao beans. Rework is another use for the TTCut, such as biscuits, bread, crackers or chocolate scraps. Flexibility is a key benefit of the TTCut, which delivers a range of coarse to very fine cuts, with capacity ranging from 1200 to 6000 kg per hour. It is available in horizontal or vertical feed configurations.
